Mission Statement      

We are parish members who concern ourselves with the Spiritual Formation and Education of our families. We  assist the  Religious Education Coordinators  in carrying out this mission in the following areas of ministry:

          * Family Centered Christian Formation for parents and children
          * Sunday School for Families - every other Sunday
          * Liturgy of the Word for Children 
          * Children/Youth Liturgies 
          * Family and Youth Activities 
          * Vacation Bible School 
          * Sacramental preparation: Reconciliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation  and RCIC for children

LITURGY OF THE WORD 
Lead the children ages 3 - 7 in Scripture Study during 12:00 pm Masses.

FAMILY SUNDAY SCHOOL 
Sunday School for families, parents, and children (Kindergarten through High School) every other Sunday morning, 10:30 - 11:30 am, September thru May

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION FOR CHILDREN  

  • RCIC- Rite of Christian Initiation for Children

  • First Eucharist/ First Reconciliation

  • Confirmation

ADULT SOCIAL CLUB 
Fellowship for adults held on the second Saturday each month  6:00 to 10:00 p.m., (Starts with a meal and continues with cards, games, fellowship.)

60+ GROUP
This group meets on Tuesday and Thursday, from 1 - 4 pm, for cards and fellowship. Often they take day trips to various venues.

YOUTH GROUP 
Organize, advise, and chaperone youth trips and WEEKLY Wednesday activities; REACH; Youth 2000; Annual Diocesan Youth Day; Annual Bishop's Picnic; Teen Life; Cursillo; Squires

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRY

Child Care during the 12:00 Sunday Masses
Plan and coordinate one or more of these activities:
Various seasonal parties
Holiday World Trips
Send out Birthday Cards for Children & Youth
Plan Mother's Day & Father's Day Remembrances for the Masses

ADULT BIBLE STUDY 
Groups who share the word of God though the study of the Bible
(on Sunday Morning & various evenings)
